the idea behind this project!

Today, on the internet, chat integrated to a site is common, but the general idea of this movement is to be able to chat with the owner of the site (which is most of the time, an e-commerce).

But there is another movement, that of social networks... and there, in this field, there are only a few big companies that are fighting on this creed, which creates a big underlying problem, the possession and control of personal data of users in mass.

The idea behind this chat, as it was created!

Of course you can easily implement the classic chat's features that are commonly found, but the idea behind this project is to be able to offer to the web user, alternatives to the classic social network chats that hold enough data by our shares and reactions... I explain!

This project was created as follows:

• The chat is free to use for all visitors of the site that offers it.
• Users can create a room and join in this room to communicate via your website, without necessarily buying or viewing your entire site.
• No data is sent through a server, all user interaction is stored in localStorage and sessionStorage (nothing prevents you from posting messages on your server to control the content, but this is not my idea.)

I prefer to offer users a private place for their conversations.

Imagine this idea on a large scale!

- If a lot of sites offer this alternative, the mass of data is split up and is no longer totally in the possession of a few big web trusts on the one hand, and on the other hand your site has a new appeal for a part of the population that would never have visited your site without this feature.

- Then, if many users use the chat of your site to communicate with each other, the advertising of your site is systematically done in proportion to the visits and the word of mouth between them.

Finally, you gain the trust of all users, and as time goes by, your site will shine on the web more and more, allowing you to grow your business through the link of trust and not commercial hammering in order to get bought at any price.
